About Us

Robert Horn, President has been engaged in a highly successful legal recruiting practice since 1981. He began his career at Wells Legal Search. He specializes in partner placements and mergers and has placed attorneys and groups in many of the largest and most prestigious firms in the metropolitan area. His sage advice and counsel during what can be a stressful time in your career has proven invaluable to clients and candidates. Robert, a native New Yorker, is a graduate of Rider University.

Kathy Ewing, Esq., Managing Director, joined Legal Career Consultants after practicing law. Most recently, she was Assistant General Counsel at Benjamin Moore & Co. Prior to Benjamin Moore, she held positions at IBM and Milbank. Kathy, a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Smith College, resides in NJ.
